Booking Terms

By booking Villa Lola, you agree to these terms and conditions. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit of 30% is required to secure your reservation, with the balance due 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival will receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations made 30-60 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.

House Rules

Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
Check-in: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
No smoking inside the villa
No parties or events
Respect for neighbors and local community
Pets allowed with prior approval

Liability

Guests use the villa and its facilities at their own risk. Villa Lola is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay. We recommend travel insurance for all guests.

Property Care

Guests are responsible for treating the property with care and respect. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest. Please report any issues immediately so we can address them promptly.
